Our sales staff are the front-line ambassadors for the Group and its brands
An essential link in the company’s value chain, the sales department is the object of regular recruitments within the Blanchon Group. It currently employs around one hundred staff, all passionate about the product and proud to fly the flag to our different distribution networks: medium and large DIY stores, timber and materials suppliers, paint wholesalers or direct to tradespeople and manufacturers.
Regional director, district manager or sales developer… whether creating a loyal portfolio of active customers or exploring new sales outlets, the field teams are deployed around the world and are all focused on the same challenge: achieving the objectives set by the company. Autonomy, determination and perseverance, as well as the ability to form long-term relationships with our customers are key qualities required to succeed in these jobs.
As an area manager at Blanchon for 11 years, I am at the service of my customers.
Whether they are tradespeople or working for a DIY store or a supplier, my job consists of supporting them, answering their questions and meeting their needs. Each site is different! This job is part of the service industry, where people skills are essential. I form a special bond with each of them… what’s more, after 3 weeks of holidays, my customers miss me!
